Refusal from the goods
Warranty and right of withdrawal:
1.Warranty means the promise of the manufacturer or seller to reimburse the consumer for the amount of money paid for the Goods, exchange the Goods for suitable goods or eliminate the non-conformity of the Goods without compensation, or perform other actions if the Goods do not meet the specifications indicated in the warranty or advertising.
2.Exercise of warranty rights is possible if the Buyer retains proof of purchase, which must be provided to the Seller along with the purchased Goods.
3.Right of withdrawal is the right of the Buyer (a natural person who is a “consumer” in the context of the Consumer Rights Protection Law) to refuse the Goods in accordance with with the Procedure for using the Right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day when the Buyer or a third party indicated by the Buyer received the Goods.
4.The Buyer cannot exercise the Right of withdrawal, if:
– the legal deadline for the return of the goods has expired;
– the goods are made according to the instructions of the consumer or the goods are clearly personalized;
– the goods deteriorate quickly or will soon expire;
– the consumer has opened the packaging of the goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons;
– the goods have irreversibly mixed with other things after delivery due to their properties;
– the consumer has purchased goods and food supplements that require certain storage conditions (restrictions on humidity, light, temperature, etc.).
In order for the Buyer to exercise the Right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller about the use of the Right of withdrawal, fill in the Form of withdrawal, which can be found here Atteikuma veidlapa
5.In order to exercise the Right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller about the use of the right of withdrawal by writing to info@sami.lv, fill in the goods return form, which can be found here Atteikuma veidlapa. After receiving the completed Form of withdrawal, the Seller notifies the Buyer about this, as well as informs him/her of the decision made or the time of making the decision.
6.The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but not later than within 14 days after sending (transferring) the Form of withdrawal, by returning the Goods to the Shop at Citadeles street 2, Riga, LV-1010. The costs for the return and delivery of the Goods are borne by the Buyer himself/herself.
7.The Seller returns to the Buyer the payments received from the Buyer, including the shipping costs, if any, in connection with the selected method of Delivery – Courier Delivery, within 30 days from the time the Seller has received the Form of withdrawal (decision to withdraw from the contract), and when the Seller has received the Goods from which the Buyer refuses. The Seller returns the specified amount to the Buyer by transferring to the Buyer’s bank account.
8.The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the Goods, from which the Buyer wishes to refuse, are received from him/her.
